there are three hypothesis stating the origin of the universe

Explanation:

first is the steady state theory which tells that from the beginning there has been the universe and its constant or stable unto what it is from b4 until now.

pulsating theory which states that there is a continous expansion and contraction of the universe.

and big bang theory which states that the entire universe was once a veru small and compact particle and then it explodes and led to the formation of new heavenly bodies
